Seasonal anything salad

Use a variety of organic vegetables (depending on what’s in season) to make your salad as interesting

Choose from the following (and more): lettuce (various types), broccoli florets, sliced red or green cabbage, grated carrot, olives, spinach leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, thinly sliced salad onion, grated raw beetroot, grated raw parsnip, fennel, celery. You can add toasted seeds, nuts, or beans for protein.
