I’ll admit, I’m not the best cook, I simply haven’t found the passion or patience to spend hours in the kitchen – yet!
As my loving partner once said, “We don’t cook, we do really healthy meal assembly”. And I love that!
When creating any meal, the focus should be on diversity and combination, for maximum digestion, and medicinal purposes.
This has been my ‘raisin d’etre dans la cuisine’, for 20 + years. Being busy self-employed mum of three children has lessened my desire to slave away in the kitchen. The benefit is that what I lack in sophistication in my food-assemblies is made up for in practical and medicinal terms. So it shouldn’t take long for any busy person to rustle up a healthy meal – no matter HOW busy!
