Protein Ground-Seed Breakfast

One cup of ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame), mix in with 2 tbsp of ground flax seed. Soak in fresh apple juice for 15 mins, then add in some raisins or chopped dates. Or, blend thoroughly with stewed tinned prunes. Serve with yogurt/flax oil blend.

Grind and blend seeds through a masticating juicer/grinder at slow speed. Alternatively, chop all seeds (except flax) on high speed in a food processor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, use within 1 week.

Flax seeds may be ground separately in a masticating juicer. Higher speeds will damage fats within minutes. Alternatively, Granovita supplies a good brand of ground flax seed. Re-seal properly, and store in an airtight container kept in the fridge.
