Chakra Balancing
Your session is a beautiful process of balancing, healing and exploration, taking 1.5 – 2 hours. Please arrive hydrated and wearing comfortable clothes.
Drink water. Water equals consciousness, it is the conductor to higher frequencies! The water is your fuel to facilitate a strong connection to, and communication with, other realms. Start today! Continue to drink plenty of water up until the start of your session. With every glass of water, set the intention to release all that does not serve you for your highest good.
At the beginning of your session, Anna will scan your chakras for imbalances. If we are to function at our best, it is vital that we have our chakras aligned. Performing a balancing act between all 7 distinct chakras is the only way to ensure a smooth flow of energy through the body. If even one chakra is misaligned, the entire system is disrupted. Anna will balance your chakras with healing energy, sacred geometry and sound.
Do you own a selenite and black tourmaline, shungite, black obsidian, black onyx crystal? These are important crystals for healing during the session to connect and in aiding you to ground after.
1. Muladhara – The Root Chakra
Location: Bottom of the Spine/Tailbone
The Root Chakra is responsible for your feelings of confidence. When it is aligned you will feel a sense of security, calm, and grounding. When it is misaligned, confidence can give way to panic, anxiety and paranoia.
2. Svadhishthara – The Sacral Chakra
Location: Mid-abdomen, just below the naval
The Sacral Chakra is responsible for managing your creative energy and motivation, To include, but not limited to, artistic and imaginative pursuits as well as sexual endeavours. A misaligned Sacral Chakra can result in feelings of boredom, lack of creative inspiration a lowered sex drive and resistance to change. Imbalances within this chakra are often the result of dissatisfaction with a romantic or sexual relationship.
3. Manipura – The Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Upper Abdomen
The Solar Plexus Chakra is in charge of managing your feelings of self-esteem and personal security as well as autonomy and determination. When this chakra is thrown out of balance, you may experience some digestive issues as well as feelings of insecurity and low self-esteem.
4. Anahata – The Heart Chakra
Location: Directly above the heart
The Heart Chakra is directly intertwined with our ability and capacity to give and accept love and compassion in all its varied forms. When aligned, the Heart Chakra allows us to be empathetic to others as well as open us up to higher levels of emotional awareness such as unconditional love. On the contrary, separation, divorce, grief following the death of a loved one can all negatively impact the heart chakra – leading to struggles relating to others, lowered levels of compassion, and general impatience.
5. Vishuddha – The Throat Chakra
Location: Middle of the Throat
The Throat Chakra is directly responsible for your ability to express yourself in the most authentic way possible. This encompasses everything from confidence in expressing yourself verbally to emotional honesty with yourself and with others. A blocked or misaligned Throat Chakra potentially caused by something such as a bad argument, can lead to the inability to express yourself and say what you really want to say resulting in dishonesty.
6. Ajna – The Third Eye Chakra
Location: The Center of the Brow
In order for you to be able to recognise yourself as a divine being who is perfectly placed and valued within our beautiful universe, an aligned and open Third Eye Chakra is a must! This sixth chakra is in charge of guiding intuition and the ability to trust your gut. A closed Third Eye Chakra can result in struggles with faith and recognising your broader purpose for yourself as well as a feeling of general insignificance in the Universe.
7. Sahasvara – The Crown Chakra
Location: The Top of the Head
This highest and final chakra is directly related to your levels of spiritual connectivity. An open and properly aligned Crown Chakra will allow you to experience, recognise and connect with beauty, not only in your own life but in the world more generally, equating with feelings of general and sustained happiness and profound joy. Trauma can clock and clog up this chakra, resulting in an inability to see beauty in yourself and the world. This can result in depression or a mid-life crisis.
Having a set of properly balanced chakras is the best way to not only be certain that your body is functioning and performing at the highest level possible, but also to ensure that you are living your life in a state of mental, emotional, and spiritual equilibrium.
MCPE: Systematic Kinesiology balances the whole person, not just in parts
Kinesiology muscle testing enables the practitioner to address the whole person, mentally, physically, chemically and energetically by first identifying the level (mentally, physically, chemically and energetically) at the imbalance is manifesting.
Since all parts of our whole-persona are interrelated we can not affect one part without affecting the whole. Balance is the key.
M = Mind (thinking, reasoning, feeling emotions and spirit, plus our higher power.)
We are blessed with the most powerful computers in our world, our minds. The human mental capacity is phenomenal. Our thoughts and attitude affect everything that happens to us. As well as influencing others quite a lot too. We can make ourselves sick, or well with our mental health and approach to life. We can be positive and creative or negative and destructive with our mental processes. Our greatest power is to choose.
C = Chemical (food, drugs, chemicals, preservatives, polluted air, etc)
Our bodies are dependent on free-flowing energy and biochemistry. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we ingest, the chemicals and pollutants to which we are exposed, all determine the chemical downstream consequences, and ultimately how we function.
Kinesiology ‘Fixes’ to be tested and applied
P = Physical (structure, bones, muscles, posture, use, rest, sleep, grounded etc)
We are definitely physical beings. We need physical support with our bodies: exercise etc.
E = Energy (Life Force, Chi, Prana, acupuncture, meridians, homeopathy, aura etc)
Energy and Life-force have to be flowing in order to allow optimum energy. All blockages create resistance to energy flow. Kinesiology balancing removes blockages and assists the body to return to normal function. This is one of the highlights of systematic kinesiology.
