Lentil Hot-Pot

Soak green, puy or brown lentils overnight in filtered water and a little yogurt for the lactic acid. Once soaked, rinse and cook with fresh water. Chop and add 6 fresh tomatoes and half a tube of tomato concentrate paste. Cook for 30 minutes. Add in some rinsed wakame seaweed and cook on a low heat for a further 10-15 mins. Serve with sausages, pork, or just on some rye toast or with short grain brown rice.
