Homemade coriander pesto

2 cups of coriander leaves

2 medium spring onions

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of first pressing olive oil

juice of a lime

1/4 cup / 25g grated Parmesan or 1/2 cup of cashews (soaked for 4 hours)

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Himalayan rock salt and black pepper

Liquidize at a speed for 30 seconds.
