There has been so much panic around COVID-19, from panic buying leading to food and supply shortages, media updates every 5 minutes and faulty PCR testing for the coronavirus giving false negatives.

Our mental health matters always matter, but now we must make our mental health a priority and our responsibility. Especially now, during 
this time of Covid-19, cabin fever, living with our families 24/7 who, let’s face it, we don’t usually see as much as we do now.

COVID-19 has turned all of our lives upside down. It’s been a surreal, disorienting, and for many an extremely frightening experience.
